I had a rough evening at work today. I was doing a live performance and the crowd was just utterly horrible. At one point in the performance, I even got food thrown at me. It's not like I was playing bad or anything, but the type of music wasn't in the taste of the crowd, a bunch of hippies. So, the first thing I did when I got home was go to the bathroom mirror and look at myself. I told myself in the mirror that I'm not gonna let a bunch of hippies bring me down. I calmed down shortly after and reminded myself that I got a date tonight with my beautiful girlfriend, Tara. I'm actually about to leave soon. I gave her a call, and we're meeting up at the Chez Llama. It's gonna be a lovely night.
