I had a successful evening at work today! I was struggling with this composition that I was composing for a client. I couldn't quite get the ending right, but I finally got it after some deep focus and a drink. Yeah, I snuck a beer into work today, hehe! I'm really happy that I finally got the composition done though.
Anyways, I got home from work to see Tara and Stephon chatting outside my door. I guess Tara must have came over earlier and Stephon just arrived. I approached them, and I gave them a nice warm welcoming greeting. They both welcomed me home and told me that they were talking about the whole portal and other world incident from the other night. Yeah, it's a mind boggler. I brought up the idea that maybe we should just stay away from that damn portal for a while. Tara agreed with me. She said that she kinda feels weird about knowing what happened to her when we crossed over to the other side. I told her not to worry about it and that she is still Tara. She smiled and gave me a kiss on the cheek. On the other hand, Stephon said that he wants to go back to the other world as soon as possible. Based on his reaction when we went there, I could tell he's pretty damn fascinated about the whole thing.
I don't know... I guess we'll just have to wait and see. The portal and the other world are pretty damn neat and exciting, but at the same time this whole thing is kinda scary. Maybe not soon, but I know we'll end up going again. When we do though, we're definitely bringing Genevieve and Harper through the portal with us.
