An Unhappy Bride

I just got back from work, and I'm a bit pissed off. I was requested and hired to assign a playlist of songs for a wedding. The bride never sent me the damn songs that she wanted, but of course, she blamed me and said that I just didn't send the playlist. Being all humble and respectful that I am, I just apologized instead of blaming her for not sending me the list. Needless to say, I was removed from the assignment, and my boss wasn't too happy. I should've just stood my ground and blamed the bride, but I didn't want to cause any problems just before her wedding.
