Well, I checked out the interior of the house, and I have to say that I'm quite impressed. There's a few things that will need some changing such as the small hallway and the small living room, but the kitchen, two bedrooms, and the bathroom are all perfect. For the living room and the small hallway, I think I could just take out the walls and turn it into one big room. I'd have to adjust the stairs, but I think it would be easy enough. I was talking to Ulrike, the person selling the home, and she is offering the house for $25,294. That's actually not a bad price. I told her that I'm just gonna need a little bit of time to think about it and that I'd get back to her.
